Links to programs and resources available for people impacted by 2025 flood events in Washington State

FEMA is now offering individual disaster assistance for people affected by the 2025 floods through DisasterAssistance.gov. This can include money to cover emergency needs to clean and sanitize your home, and may include funds for uninsured property damage, short-term accommodations, home repairs, and personal property loss. Apply online at DisasterAssistance.gov.

FloodRecovery.WA.gov is the official Washington State website for flood recovery and assistance. On FloodRecovery.WA.gov, you can find information about: 

Visit 211 Washington for information about rent assistance, shelters, reporting damage, waste removal and disposal, and other resources in your county.

Washington’s Department of Financial Institutions also has a website with financial resources to help with recovery, including: 

Homeownership Resource Center - Call the Washington State Homeownership Hotline at 877-894-4663 to speak with a housing counselor. Counselors can help navigate post-emergency challenges such as delinquency, foreclosure mediation, property taxes, and HOA fees.
